You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the smooth operation of both front and back offices.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
Strong clerical skills, including data entry and record keeping
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Manage daily office tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
Support administrative functions as needed, including correspondence and report generation.
